fix on reading correct balance

prepaid cards have EUR balance, added grep for that.

has to be done manually. with the --data-urlencode option from curl the website returns in an undefined state (claims sms is sent, but isn't)

adds the option for a phonebook message if you know the ID of the phonebook entry that is used. use number '-' when setting a phonebook ID.
